At Blox Fruits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blox Fruits account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
